Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. This means your order will arrive withing 5-10 business days of it being processed.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. If the exterior shipping package is damaged, do not open the product, simply email us and take photos of the damage and we will initiate the exchange on your behalf.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, as well as a 30% restocking fee, once the item has shipped. Once the item has left the manufacturers warehouse we are unable to expedite, cancel or interfere with the order process until it arrives at the destination address. All logistical issues and concerns are outside of our control, but we will do everything we can to help ensure a smooth process takes place. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must have an authorized RMA and be approved prior to being shipped back to manufactures warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Buyers Remorse - If you are unhappy with the product for any reason other than product flaw, damage or incorrect item received, will will be happy to accept the return; however, you will be responsible for any restocking fees and the return shipping, as our free shipping policy only covers items from the manufacturer to the end consumer and does not cover returns.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. DynamicStandingDesks may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, DynamicStandingDesks will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options.
- The product will be shipped back to the customer at the current shipping cost of ; or
- The product will be recycled.
If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Dynamic Standing Desks informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
